What to expect at NRG Bootcamp?


Meet Our Lead Trainer - Stephanie Relke

Stephanie has been in the fitness & nutrition industry full time for just about 10 years. She has a very obvious passion for helping people achieve a happier healthier lifestyle. Her goal is get the NRG Bootcamp community achieving goals but also to have a place they can call home. Stephanie has extensive experience with large & moderate size group training as well as one on one. She will ensure that you leave any conversation with her more positive and ready take on your goals.



  • What is the schedule?
    Monday - Friday: 7:00am, 7:35am, 8:10am, 8:45am | 4:00pm, 4:35pm, 5:10pm, 5:45pm -> (except Fridays)
    Saturday: 9:00am, 9:35am, 10:10am

    NOTE: No 5:45pm class on Fridays
  • How long are the workouts?
    30 mins! Short,sweet and effective so you can get on with your day.
  • Is 30 mins enough to get results?
    Absolutely! The workouts are designed so you will be getting the maximum calorie burn without being at the gym for hours. Keeping a 3-4 workout minimum per week as well as a nutritious meal plan you are destined to get to your goals.
  • Do you have to be an experienced gym goer?
    No. We welcome all fitness levels. We make sure all members are challenged at their current level and help them get to the next level.
  • Does the membership include a nutrition plan?
    YES! All members will be provided with a PDF nutrition package with meal plans, recipes, optimal nutrition tips & more! We will also we sharing recipes on our private facebook group.
  • How often can I go?
    You have unlimited access to 8 different class times Monday - Friday, as well as 4 classes Saturday mornings (Saturdays are from Sept - June).
  • How much will it cost after the first month?
    After your introductory month it's only $39 a week, made easy through direct card payment.
